My client is mumbai based commission agent.
He checks the quality of goods in India as per the requirements of UK based businessmen Later the goods are exported to UK and he gets the commission from UK Person
Whether he is liable for service tax in India?

In my opinion since the place of provision of service is in India Service tax is applicable.
