Service tax on credit card facility

sir, i have a HDFC credit card facility and i have paid a mobile EMI from my credit card and i found that they are deducting service tax on paid EMI.

If its for personal consumption, credit is not eligible, otherwise kindly provided exact nature of usage and its nexus with your business.
