DEAR SIR,
WHILE DOING I MARKED THAT IF EXCISEABLE FIRM IS MAKING PAYMENT FOR CARRIAGE OUTWARD AND FREIGHT TO INDIVIDUAL LORRY PERSON/ DOES THE FIRM HAVE TO HAVE TO PAY THE SERVICE TAX TO THE GOVT.
