Effective Rate Structure :
Commencing with 5%
- 14.5.03 - 9.9.04 - 8%
- 10.9.04 – 16.6.05 - 10%
- 16.6.05 – till date – 12.24%
- Post enactment – 12.36%
Definition of Cab has been enlarged to
Includes -
any other vehicle carrying more than twelve
passenger excluding the driver, for hire or
reward
Excludes -
vehicles rented for use by educational bodies other
than by commercial training or coaching centers
