04 October 2012 ASSESSEE IS THE SUPER DISTRIBUTOR OF VODAFONE DIGILINK. ON PURCHASES OF RECHARGE VOUCHERS COMPANY GIVE CERTAIN FREE RECHARGE VOUCHERS MY QUERY IS WHETHER THIS FREE RC RECEIVED BY DEALER IS TAXABLE AS COMMISSION RECEIVED (BAS) ? And company treated as sales and No TDS was deducted by company ? what is my liability ?
