I have one confusion, can labour contractor charge Service Tax on payment of Bonus paid to labours?
Can labour contractor claim service tax on employer PF also ?

your Q is not related to service tax. service tax should be charged against service provided by you. this is my point of view.

Yes. The bonus he pays to labour is part of the service he provided to you. He is liable to pay service tax on whatever he bills you for labour / any payments made to labour
