I have one confusion, can labour contractor charge Service Tax on payment of Bonus paid to labours?

Can labour contractor claim service tax on employer PF also ?

02 December 2009 Yes. The bonus he pays to labour is part of the service he provided to you. He is liable to pay service tax on whatever he bills you for labour / any payments made to labour
