Service tax on amc charges

09 December 2013 is thre any liability of the company for svc tax under reverse charge mechanism on amc charges of photocopy machines of the company even if svc tax is nt charged in the bill??

09 December 2013 Reverse charge is not applicable in this case.

if bill does not provide for sep service tax then you need to cal from the gross amount as if it includes service tax and make reverse cal.
