20 July 2016 The above service is covered u/s 66E(h) "Works Contract Services" as Declared Service. In case Service Provider (SP) is LLP & Service Receiver (SR) is "Business Entity registered as body corporate" in that case SR is liable to pay ST. In other case LLP is required to pay the same.
