Is service tax applicable on AMC and INSTALLATION CHARGES provided by an LLP to its customer..?

The above service is covered u/s 66E(h) "Works Contract Services" as Declared Service. In case Service Provider (SP) is LLP & Service Receiver (SR) is "Business Entity registered as body corporate" in that case SR is liable to pay ST. In other case LLP is required to pay the same.

Please also clarify what action is required.. LLP have got service tax registration done but VAT registration is not availed up till now..
so what is d tax applicability ?

I may not help much regarding VAT. Please also check your Small Service Provider Exemption (upto Rs 10 Lakhs)
