My client provides ambulance service to various hospitals on rent, is he liable to collect service tax ?, let me know sir.

With the introduction of negative list concept, every service is taxable except as mentioned in negative list. One of the service mentioned in negative list is Funeral, burial, crematorium or mortuary related services and also transportation of deceased.
