plz let me know how much ST percentage is applicable on advertisement service does this service falls in under (RCM)

Service tax on advertisement services is currently 12.36% and after notification to effect the budget 2015 it will be 14% + 2%.
Advertisement in print media is exempted from service tax. and there is no reverse charge mechanism in advertisement.
