Service Tax on Advertisement Agencies

29 June 2009 I just found out that ad agencies are charging Service Tax on 15% of the bill value. Could u please explain the logic behind that?? Is there is any notification allowing the same?? If yes, could you pl temme the notification no??

29 June 2009 No logic. I think the service tax rate would be 10.3% only.
