27 February 2010 Dear Experts,

we are in rental business.we lease out our premises for further business.

our tenants stop paying Service tax against Delhi High Courts ruling as S.Tax unconstitutional

Now what we have to do. Do we liable to pay Service tax

27 February 2010 Suprime court's decision is pending, because of that you collect and pay service tax to save yourself.

28 February 2010 this budget change everything and now have to pay service tax. if you have written in agreement to recover service tax from lesee then you shall claim from him and pay else pay from your own pocket
