06 September 2017 if service tax payable upto 31/3/3017 is not paid upto due date of tax audit, wt will be reporting requirment and is any addition be there into income also?

07 September 2017 There will be 43B disallowance, as tax has to be paid before filing return for claiming it as expense, It will be added back to your income in your IT Computation.
