can anyone help regarding service tax not paid on rent recived from comercial property...???

The query is not clear. Who has not paid?
Is it the tenant who has not paid to the landlord or is it the land lord who has not paid the tax to the Govt?

HELLO,I HAVE RECEIVED RENT FROM TENANT AND I HAVE NOT DEPOSIT THE SERVICE TAX.

u must have to pay teh same before the due date otherwise interest shall be charged for late payment.
