i HAVE A COMPANY. MY COMPANY REG. UNDER TOUR OPREATOR OF SERVICE TAX. COMPAY ALSO PROVIING SERVICE REGARDING PREPRATION OF VISA AND PASSPORT FOR CUSTOMER AND CHARGE BILL TO CUSTOMER FOR COST OF VISA/PASSPORT PLUS SERVICE CHARGE, BUT NOT CHARGING SERVICE TAX. PLZ GUIDE ME WHAT CAN DO IN THIS SITUATION. AND IF MY COMPANY LIABLE TO PAY SERVICE TAX ? PLZ SUGGEST ME IN WHICH HEAD?

If exemption limit is cross, you are liable to deposit service tax under category you are registered. Whatis logic for not paying till now if you are already registered.
