11 April 2013 Dear Mr.Anonymous,

Service Tax registration limit is 10.00 Lacs.Whenever your turnover crosses the 10.00 lacs limit (except in certain cases) you have to take registration and can claim it in your bill.Without taking registration no one can claim service Tax.
