my service is internet providing
please tell me
what is the service tax limit,
How to register,
How much collect from customers,
How to Pay,
in which site i have to file return and any other proceedings

The Service tax registration is required when your services reaches Rs. 900000 in the FY and you have to pay tax after Rs.1000000.
The rate of tax is 12.36% and you have to register through ACES.GOV.IN and file form ST-1.
The Returns are filled half yearly basis in Form ST-3 at aces.gov.in.
