I have a indian based pvt. com..we provide online facility to forigner companies. all recipts in forign currency. our company liable to pay service tax or not.With section or clause refrence... urgent vry

Place of provision of service rules which has come into effect from 01.07.2012
As per rule 3 of the said rules. The place of provision of service shall be location of service receipient. which is outside the taxable territory .Hence not subject to service tax
However the amount has to be received in convertible foreign exchange
