How to calculate service tax on transport charges of Freight inward & freight outward (consignee)when transporter does not have service tax registration no.

IF TRANSPORTER HAS NOT REGISTERATION NO THEN IT IS UR LIABILITY TO DEDUCT SERVICE TAX ON FREIGHT @ 2.58%( 25%+10/30%)ABOVE INVOICE VALUE OF 750/- OF TRANSPORTER INVOICE.
