14 August 2010 IF TRANSPORTER HAS NOT REGISTERATION NO THEN IT IS UR LIABILITY TO DEDUCT SERVICE TAX ON FREIGHT @ 2.58%( 25%+10/30%)ABOVE INVOICE VALUE OF 750/- OF TRANSPORTER INVOICE.
