Service tax liability on invoice not raised

21 September 2015 Hi,

If a service provider does not raise service invoice as per contractual terms. Whether he is liabile to pay service tax or not ?


If yes,then how he can avoid such liability ?

21 September 2015 Invoice should be raised witin 30 days of completion of work. If no invoice, then ST has to be paid on completion
