Kindly Give me Guideline about Service Tax Liability Limit.

It is Rs.10,00,000.00 as threshold limit. The rate of service tax is 12.36%. There are exemptions available for certain services under negative list. There are certain services for which service tax liability is under reverse charge mechanism.
