26 August 2013 I GV & CO SERVICES PROVIDED LESS THAN 10 LAKHS BUT I REGISTERED.SERVICES PROVIDED ONLY 4 LAKHS F.Y 12-13.BUT I COLLECT THE SERVICE TAX FROM CUSTAMORS. CAN I LIABLE TO PAY THE SERVICE TAX?.AT WHAT DATE?.

26 August 2013 Yes, certainly...If any amount is collected as service tax from customers, the same needs to be deposited to Govt.

26 August 2013 Firstly if you are not having gross receipts more then 10 lakhs then there was no need to charge and collect service tax from your customers or clients as per service tax laws.

But since now you have collected service tax then you are under statutory obligation to deposit the same with the service tax authority by 5th(6th in case of online) of the next month in the month u collecte servic tax.
