I Have already service Tax Number But My Financial Year 2014-2015 Income Less Then 9 lac so i eligible to Pay Service Tax ? .

15 October 2015 If your receipts are less then 10 laks in previous yr. Then you will get 10 lakh rs exemption in current yr also

16 October 2015 Your welcum. What makes you eligible for 10 lakh limit exemption is:
1. If you donot opt for large tax payer unit
2. If you have started business in current year.
3. If you had receipts less than 10 lakhs in previous year.

I haven't paid last 4 Nill service tax return so i have to pay penalty and how much is this possible to exemption for penalty
