Service tax input services

In a manufacturing concern, we are taking cenvat credit on input services and file ER-1 monthly return, Now i am also filing service Tax return half yearly. Whether i can take the above input services in Service tax return again?

no
once take in ER-1 return due to with out duty payment
same amount re again not take in st3 cenvat credit
already taken in ER-1 re again can not claim in service tax payment purpose
exceeding of cenvat amount can pay S Tax paid and take credit in next ER-1 return.
