if an agent has not raised a bill and also not paid the service tax on on commission due, can he file the suit for commission. if yes then what will be the consequences of non payment of service tax?

If, your Commission amount in a year less than 10 lac then its non liability of service tax but your commission amount in a year equal to or mare than 9 lac then its compulsory to registration in service tax.
