our company start 1.9.2012 sell net service sale 6 cr in first year & we not taken exemption 10 lacs in fy 12-13 ,can i take this exemption availment in current financial year (please replay us)

no.. there is no concept of carry forward of exemption under service tax..
for each f/y exemption limit is determined separately
