Please can anybody tell me the due dates of Service tax payment and return dates for companies and other than companies.

Due date for payment of service tax is 5 of the next montn and 6 incase of epayment. Due date for service tax return is 25 April and 25 October.

Agree to the experts; but to add..
the last date for March is 31st March..
Moreover, the e-payment is mandatory; hence consider 06as last date..
Even if the tax is not paid returns are to be filed; the penalty for non filing or belated filing cost Rs.20000/-
