Can we claim ST credit of FY 2014-15, in FY 2015-16,

15 October 2015 The change came wef 01.03.2015 that you can claim the service tax credit of past 1 year. Whether it is applicable retrospectively or prospectively is a matter of debate. Its better to claim and then fight it out with the department in absense of clear stand.
