Service tax credit of previous bills

07 July 2008 Can i take credit of service tax amount (in 2008-09) of previous year( 2007-08 ).which has not entered in recoverable (whole amount booked in expenses)
please suggest me

There is no time limit of availing the cenvat credit provided the credit is eligible as per CCR 2004 and you have not availed the same before.

I have not entered service tax recoverable in previous financial books, than can i take credit of that service tax .
