Service tax credit of previous bills

Can i take credit of service tax amount (in 2008-09) of previous year( 2007-08 ).which has not entered in recoverable (whole amount booked in expenses)

Yes,
There is no time limit of availing the cenvat credit provided the credit is eligible as per CCR 2004 and you have not availed the same before.
