26 July 2007 Sir,

I am working for an S/W Company 100% EOU, registered under STPI & Service Tax, we have 2 units (1 Opend recently), I want to know what is procedure for caliming credit on Input Service of newly opend unit.

Sales Billing is centralised (2nd unit registration of Service Tax not required)

Please guide me

26 July 2007 hi!!!

You can claim the credit because firstly the billing is centralised n there's not requirement of getting the second unit registered.. Hence there should be no legal issues for claiming credit....

You need to take centralised registration on the basis of centralised billing/accounting system.
