I have some query regarding the Service tax.Can i take service tax credit availed on Employee Relate Expenses like Advertisement in News paper for Recruitment /Nakuri.com Login for job post..if yes please clear with clause & if not please clear with clause

16 September 2015 You can very well avail the credit of input services which is used for providing output services. Recruitment and advertisement expenses are covered within the definition of input services under Rule 2(l) of the Cenvat Credit Rules, 2004.
