09 November 2013 I am conducting audit of a registered private co. during audit I found that co. is not taking credit of service tax which is charged by insurance co. on insurance taken on building, plant & machinery, vehicles. Although co. is a manufacturing concern. so my question is can co. takes the credit and setoff it against output Excise Duty
