Service Tax Challan

Dear Experts,
I paid service tax through Online(SBI), Service tax was paid successfully, but I could not take printout of challan since system hanged.
I approached bank, they said they are helpless.
How do I get challan Or What are the options available to me.

if your bank account is credited in u can print the challan by making a query for the specific date in the reports tab
