13 October 2012 hello experts . i desperately wanted Ur help. please help me . i beg u all to help me i am writing ipcc nov 2012 exam. my questions relating to service tax are???? 1. is all the amendments given in RTP NOV 2012 from page no 98 TO 109 relevant and applicable for nov 2012 ipcc exam???????? 2. i got some notes which is uploaded by deepak gupta .But it contains only problems. can u give me latest newest service tax notes which is to exclusively relevant to nov 2012 ipcc exam????? 3. i m dying here. i dont know direct tax properly. vat i have completed 60%. service tax not started?? i beg u all to answer atleast question no 1. eagerly waiting for ur reply.............

15 October 2012 All the Amendments Given in RTP are applicable..Only one change is the ICAI exclude Taxable service from IPCC syllabus..So You need not study 8 taxable services.

15 October 2012 For ST theory refer institutes material only...If U need latest material download it from icai website.here is the link https://icai.org/post.html?post_id=6083.except chapter two all other chapters are in your syllabus.Also use practise mannual..

15 October 2012 Try to do VAT and ST 100% and do DT as much as possible..Do pgbp and Cg and salary , deductions ,set off and carry forward and clubbing, return of income..pgbp and capital gains are the most imp chapters..
