Service Tax Applicablity On Commercial Leasing

06 August 2009 After Delhi High Court judgment and stay on levy of applicable service tax on premises leased out for commercial purpose, does service tax department can still demand service tax @ 10.30% on rent from lessor in view of last month above judgment in favour of assessee.

Pls give your opinion on this.
