We are into Hazardous Waste Management. We would like to know whether Service Tax is applicable for the Transportation of Hazardous Waste.

There is no specific exemption available to your services

The exemption is only to agricultural produce , milk and eggs under transport of goods by road services

This to has certain conditions

Kindly evaluate your position in view of the said clarification
