Service tax applicable for civil contractor

We are a civil contractor Proprietorship Firm. Recently , we have received Mainenance order from Kolkata Municipality corporation. Whether we have to charge service tax to them . if yes than under what Catagory and how much. please clearly state.

If you are providing services to municipality corporation then it will be exempt from service tax.
