yes, there is a service tax and Indian company has to pay ST

Hi Shailesh, Could you pls give me the more clarity in this regard. Why the professional fees are not liable for ST. Are there any notifications, exemptions, etc.

Its a consultancy fees ( Bill received and paid towards professional fees)
