We are lunching new 100-beds multi specialty hospital in andhrapradesh, please tell.

1.Is Hospitality taxable Service ?
2. We need to register under Service tax ?

27 October 2015 Healthcare Services provided by a "clinical establishment" are exempt from Service Tax under the Mega Exemption Notification No. 25/2012.

No Need to take to Service Tax Registration.
