23 April 2014 on of my supplier is making invoice for Repair material+service charges & he is charging service tax for all amount i.e (repair material+service charges), is it correct?

material 1000
+labour 1000
total 2000
then u r liable to pay service tax on 1000*70%*50%*12.36%
example:-2
total value charged 2000
service tax =2000*70%*50%*12.36%
