Please tell me whan i can charge service tax on my bill.i am taking consultants charges 100000 per month so which month i would be charge service tax.

Please examine the category in which your consultancy falls. eg. Management Consultant/ Consulting Engineer/ Legal Service/ etc.
Basic Exemption of Rs. 10.00 Lakh is available, provided your taxable service in the immediately preceding financial year does not exceed Rs. 10.00 Lakh.
