19 April 2013 i want to know is there any provision regarding service tax exemption for tour operator.

if gross service value is Rs.65,00,000,service tax applicable or not

19 April 2013 There is no exemption, but abatement is available to tour operators.
As your gross value of Service exceeds Rs.10 Lacs you are liable for service tax.
