a person buys a fruits from mkt and then process it convert into juices then deliver or serve it in hotels.
whether service tax is applicable or sales tax ?

Fruit is exempted from Vat, but supply of juice is liable for vat and purely sales transaction
exist so that Service Tax is not liable
