plz tell me about applicabolity of service tax on Builders,rate, and appropriate source from whr i cn gt more clarification

Yes, ST is applicable, the rate is 10.3% (4.12% in case of works contract). The source is cbec.gov.in under either construction of complex services or Commercial or industrial construction services.
