I required service tax rate for the financial year 2011-12,12-13,13-14,14-15 .Also provide the rate interest for non payment of service tax and penalty for non filling of service tax return for the same years

Rashmi Gandhi Madam,

I talked with service tax customer care, they said write a request letter to Service tax department at our city .They will generate new user id and password and sent to our new email id.So plz provide format of the letter.
