whether service tax ( reverse tax) @ 4.2% is to be paid by pvt Ltd co for freight , if GTA invoice included service tax @ 4.2% and full invoice amount is paid by the company to GTA

First of all please note that reverse charge under GTA is applicable only when service provider is individual, if service provider charges service tax in his bill and we have paid full amount (i.e. invoice + service tax) to service provider, then service tax is not required to be charged again.
