sir, we are partnership firm and have appointed individual person to construct our industrial building for our manufacturing unit..the same contract is for 25 lacs of labour work only..materials will b supplied by us..
whether any service tax liability is there for us ?

No, the labour contractor shall charge service tax on its service.
