22 February 2008 sir please suggest me why don't we impose ST on Tradeing.It is also one kind of service which provide by supplier to consumer or whoever it is.
please explane me what is difference between tradeing and service

22 February 2008 In the case of trading goods are involved, which suffer a different tax/duty structure. The government is wanting to introduce Goods and Services Tax, by integrating the tax strucures applicable to Goods (trading) and Services (providing)effective 1-4-2010
