Applicability of increased Service Tax to 14

since new rate is not yet notified by dept hence old rate of 12.36% continues to be applicable.

once it get notified than only new rate wil b applicable..til than use old rate
03 April 2015
wait for notification from the department till then 12.36% will be applicable.
