the bank has debited some rupees in the statement of my over draft account.
should i avail ST input debited in bank statement as ST,

14 March 2015 Dear Anonymus,

Only services consumed for providing output services directly or indirectly can be considered for CENVAT credit.

Bank overdraft is a financial arrangement of the entity therefore as per my opinion cenvat credit cannot be taken.
